I had a roof leak for the first time being a homeowner, it was in my master bedroom upstairs, it caused damaged to my walls and ceiling, as well as my kitchen underneath my master bedroom. My insurance sent out SERVPRO of central garden grove. They came out within the hour. After there inspection they told me exactly what they where going to do from A to Z. They also explained to me how there dehumidifier and air movers work. They where very carful with my belonging, while they were emptying of my cabinets by Bubble wrapping, saran wrapping and boxed my contents. Their staff very professional and very knowledgeable, also attended to my concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with water damage!!!
